The Chicago City Council approved a zoning reclassification for the property located at 3614 W. Flournoy Avenue. The ordinance amends Title 17 of the Municipal Code, changing the zoning designation from an RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District to a C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District. This decision applies to the area bounded by the public alley north of and parallel to West Flournoy, a line 123.3 feet west of and parallel to South Central Park Avenue, a line 120 feet north of West Flournoy Avenue, and a line 173.84 feet west of and parallel to South Central Park Avenue. The ordinance takes effect upon its passage and due publication.
