The Chicago City Council approved a zoning reclassification for the property at 2152 W 111th Street. The change alters the zoning designation from RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District, to RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. This reclassification affects the area described by a line 200 feet north of and parallel to West 111th Street; a line 353 feet west of and parallel to South Bell Avenue; West 111th Street; and a line 303 feet west of and parallel to South Bell Avenue. Alderman Matthew J. O'Shea of the 19th Ward sponsored the ordinance.
