An amendment to Residential Business Planned Development No. 1263 was proposed by 1001 Chicago LLC to allow a daycare as a permitted use at 727 N. Milwaukee Avenue. The proposed Goddard School daycare facility will be located within the existing 2-story building component. No expansions, additions, or modifications to the allowable bulk or density of PD No. 1263 are planned. The project budget is $2.5 million.
