The proposed amendment seeks to modify Residential Business Planned Development Number 1379 to allow 'Medical Service use' within Sub-Area B of the development. No other changes are proposed regarding the size, bulk, dwelling units, parking spaces, commercial space, or height of the existing buildings. Sub-Areas A and C will remain unchanged. The original Planned Development was approved in June 2017 and includes 167 dwelling units and 120 parking spaces across three subareas. The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) recommends approval, stating that the amendment complies with Planned Development standards and guidelines, is compatible with the surrounding area, and that public infrastructure and city services are adequate.
