The City Council of Chicago, on March 12, 2025, enacted an ordinance repealing the existing parking restriction ordinance for 2905 North Ridgeway Avenue (Permit Number 134171). The original ordinance, adopted October 22, 2024, under Section 9-64-050 of the Municipal Code, prohibited parking at all times for any vehicle except those with disability or disabled veterans plates or decals and required signage at the location. By striking the language of the prior ordinance, on-street parking is now permitted at any time for all vehicles. The repeal takes effect immediately upon passage and publication.
