The City Council enacted an ordinance prohibiting any vehicle from parking at any time on the public way at 1409 North Paulina Street, except for vehicles displaying a disabled permit, disabled veterans state registration plate, or disability parking decal or device. The restriction is established pursuant to Section 9-64-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago. Posted signs bearing Permit No. 136233 will be installed to identify the reserved space. The prohibition applies at all times, on all days, and takes effect upon passage and publication.
