This ordinance designates 5023 South Ada Street as a no‐parking zone at all times, except for vehicles displaying a person with a disability or disabled veterans state registration plate or parking decal/device. Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 9-64-050, the Chicago City Council enacted permit number 105112 to prohibit unauthorized parking upon the public way indicated. Location signs bearing “No Parking” will be posted at the specified address. The restriction takes effect upon passage and publication, and will remain in force to ensure uninterrupted access for emergency vehicles and persons with disabilities. All other vehicles parked in violation of this ordinance are subject to citation and towing.
