The decision mandates installation of no-parking signage to be posted at the specified address under permit number 131121. Prohibition hours are set at all times, with no days excepted. Alderwoman Jeylu B. Gutierrez sponsored the memorandum authorizing the traffic regulation change. The signs will clearly indicate that only disabled permit holders may park at the location. Enforcement will be managed by the Chicago Police Department under standard citation procedures. The direct introduction of the traffic regulation took place on April 8, 2025. This measure aims to maintain unobstructed vehicular and pedestrian access along the corridor and enhance overall traffic safety. Installation of the signage will proceed upon issuance of the permit and coordination with the Department of Transportation.
