This ordinance establishes a residential permit parking buffer zone on N Hoyne Street for Zone 168 residents. It designates 1001–1099 N Hoyne on the odd‐numbered side and 1000–1098 N Hoyne on the even‐numbered side as a buffer zone where only Zone 168 permit holders may park. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090(f) of the Chicago Municipal Code, the buffer extends residential permit regulations alongside the existing parking zone. No physical signs are required to mark this buffer area. The ordinance takes effect upon passage and publication, immediately prohibiting non-permit vehicles from parking on these blocks.
