The petition proposes the development of up to 80 multi-family attached residential units on a 7.96-acre site, currently occupied by one single family home. The current zoning is N1-A (Neighborhood 1-A) and the proposed zoning is N2-A(CD) (Neighborhood 2-A, Conditional).
