Access will be provided via Cindy Park Drive and Cindy Lane, with all public improvements—including sidewalks and right-of-way dedications—completed prior to the first certificate of occupancy. All homes will be House Charlotte eligible and deed-restricted for at least seven years to ensure long-term affordability.
