This petition seeks to rezone approximately 8.54 acres on the north side of Shopton Road West from N1-A (Neighborhood 1-A) to N1-D(CD) (Neighborhood 1-D, Conditional) to allow the development of 60 duplex and/or detached single-family dwelling units. The plan front-loads all units onto a new public street, commits to 10-foot Class C landscape buffers along eastern and western boundaries, and preserves a 100-foot green area and undisturbed watershed buffer at the rear.
