The Charlotte Zoning Committee voted 5-0 to recommend approval of Rezoning Petition 2024-047, which seeks to rezone approximately 12.77 acres from N1-A (neighborhood 1-A) to N1-D(CD) (neighborhood 1-D, conditional) to allow for the development of up to 76 duplex units.
