The lease term is 15 years, with two optional 15-year renewals, and an initial monthly rent of $25.00 per space, subject to inflation-based escalation. The agreement waives certain city code requirements for leasing real property to facilitate the project. The commencement of the lease is contingent upon the completion and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the 104 Trinity Affordable Housing Project.
