An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of Atlanta to exercise Renewal Option Number 2 for an annual contract with Knight & Associates, Inc. for the maintenance and repair of sidewalks, curbs, driveway aprons, ramps, and associated infrastructure. The contract is for a term of one year, retroactively effective June 13, 2025, through June 12, 2026. The amount not to exceed is $5,000,000.00. The ordinance also ratifies any services rendered and the payment of any outstanding invoices from June 12, 2025, through the execution of Renewal Option Number 2. This is the second of three one-year renewal options for the original contract (IFB-C-1210257) that was initially authorized in February 2022 for $2,000,000.00, and subsequently amended and renewed for a first option in August 2024 for $3,000,000.00.
