The City of Atlanta City Council has authorized the waiver of competitive procurement provisions to allow the Mayor or his designee to execute the first amendment to RFP-S-1200594 with Dean-All Security, LLC. This amendment adds services and funding, not to exceed $194,100.00, for the Security Access Control System Operations & Maintenance at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The additional services are crucial for supporting newly constructed or expanded projects at the Airport, upgrading the Lenel Server Test Environment and System for improved redundancy and lab configuration testing, and serving additional Department of Aviation facilities. The original agreement, dated March 1, 2021, was for $5,049,950.08 over three years with a two-year renewal option. A previous extension was granted from March 1, 2024, to May 29, 2024, followed by the exercise of the renewal option from May 30, 2024, to May 29, 2026, for $4,335,144.85. With this amendment, the total for the renewal term will not exceed $4,529,244.00. The funding will be charged to the Airport Revenue Fund.
