This regulation applies to businesses where alternative nicotine products, consumable vapor products, vapor devices, and consumable hemp products constitute at least 35% of their aggregate retail sales. The changes affect permitted uses in various commercial and industrial zoning districts, including C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, I-1, I-2, and MRC zones. The ordinance was adopted on a substitute by a roll call vote of 11 yeas to 0 nays.
