A substitute ordinance approved by the Atlanta City Council's Finance/Executive Committee waives part of the city code to authorize the Mayor or their designee to execute Change Order No. 5 to Agreement SP-S-12 155. This change order adds services related to land management, permitting, and licensing from Mythics, Inc. for Oracle Cloud Support. The additional funding for these services will not exceed $1,155,000.00, with all contracted work charged to and paid from specified fund department organization and account numbers.
