An ordinance authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the City of Atlanta, to execute a lease agreement with the Atlanta Independent School System. The agreement pertains to an approximately one-acre portion of the property located at 2751 Peyton Road NW, Atlanta, Georgia, commonly known as Chattahoochee Park "Back". The ordinance also includes a waiver of competitive procurement provisions contained in Chapter 2, Article X, of the Procurement and Real Estate Code of the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
