City Council authorized the Mayor or his designee to exercise the first renewal option under RFP-S-1220162 for external financial audit services with Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC. The one-year renewal is retroactive to May 16, 2025 and extends through May 15, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $1,450,000. The ordinance also ratifies services rendered starting May 16, 2025, and specifies that all contracted work will be charged to and paid from the designated Fund, Department, Organization, and Account numbers listed herein. This approval was forwarded by the Finance/Executive Committee and ratifies the City’s continued audit services agreement.
