An ordinance was approved authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute a reimbursable agreement with Delta Air Lines, Inc. for the replacement of the central preconditioned air equipment on Concourses T, A, B, and E at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
