Ordinance 24-O-1218 authorizes the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to Agreement FC-9034 with SP Plus – All N One Joint Venture, extending the On-Street Parking Management Program on a month-to-month basis from April 1, 2025 through October 1, 2026. It continues the current revenue-sharing arrangement under which SP Plus manages parking enforcement, fee collection, and related curb services. The amendment waives Chapter 2, Article X, Division 4 of the Procurement and Real Estate Code to facilitate immediate execution. This extension grants the Department of Transportation additional time to complete a parking fee study, assess curb management expansion, and finalize a new contract solicitation. Execution is subject to City Attorney approval, mayoral attestation, and delivery to SP Plus.
