The City Council of Atlanta consented to the assignment of Sole Source Agreement SS-S 1220258 from Open Counter Enterprises, Inc. to Accela, Inc., reflecting the acquisition of the vendor by Accela as of July 22, 2024. They authorized the first amendment to change the vendor name and exercised the first one-year renewal option for professional services and subscription to the hosted Online Assistance Application used by the Department of City Planning, in an amount not to exceed $157,800. The renewal term runs from June 29, 2025 through June 29, 2026. All contracted work will be charged to and paid from the General Fund under department 250411 and account 5212001. This amendment and renewal keep digital permitting and licensing assistance operational and ensure continuity of constituent services with no lapse in subscription. The Chief Procurement Officer and City Attorney will prepare and execute all necessary documents, and the amendment will not be binding until executed by the Mayor and attested by the Municipal Clerk.
