The City Council of Atlanta approved Ordinance 25-O-1144 granting Special Use Permit U-25-04 to TGS Rooftop, Inc. for an outdoor rooftop bar on property at The Interlock, 1115 Howell Mill Road NW. The permit authorizes on-premises sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages in a non-residential establishment exceeding 7,500 square feet. The 3.5665-acre parcel fronts 350.67 feet on Howell Mill Road and 416.49 feet on 14th Street, beginning at an “X” scribe mark at their intersection. The permit is non-transferable and imposes noise restrictions: no outdoor amplified music after 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and after 11:00 PM Friday–Saturday. All development must comply with Section 16-25.003 of the Zoning Ordinance and the applicable conditional site plan. The ordinance was certified by the Municipal Clerk on May 5, 2025. No other variances are authorized by this approval.
