Atlanta City Council Authorizes Additional Funding for Intown Cares Street Outreach and Rehousing Initiative

The City Council adopted Resolution 25-R-3294 to authorize additional funding for Intown Collaborative Ministries, Inc. ("Intown Cares") under the initiative established by Resolution 23-R-4453 in support of place-based street outreach and rehousing services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The resolution empowers the Chief Financial Officer to allocate the authorized donation from specified trust fund accounts (7701, 40301, 5212001, 1320000, 600465, 69999) and authorizes the Mayor or their designee to execute any agreements necessary to effectuate the funding. All conflicting resolutions or parts thereof are waived to the extent of any inconsistency.
