Ordinance 25‐O‐1073 amends the Land Use Element of the 2021 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan to redesignate five parcels located at 2125, 2131, 2135, 2139, and 2145 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW from Single Family Residential (SFR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The change reflects the City Council’s approval to support future multifamily development on these properties. The ordinance applies to tracts in Land Lot 176 of the 14th District of Fulton County, within Council District 9 and NPU J. A public hearing was held on March 10, 2025, and the Community Development/Human Services Committee favorably reported the substitute ordinance before final passage on April 21, 2025. This redesignation updates the City's land use plan to allow higher‐density residential projects along a major corridor, streamlines future zoning and permitting efforts, and aligns with Atlanta’s strategic growth objectives. All conflicting ordinances affecting the subject tracts are repealed, and the official plan map is amended per Exhibit ‘A’.
