Ordinance 25-O-1065 redesignates 13 parcels at 385-411 Lindsay Street NW and 380-416 Oliver Street NW from Single Family Residential (SFR) and Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The rezoning authorizes up to six for-sale single-family homes and thirty-two multi-family rental units above 80% AMI, alongside new pedestrian walkways and greenspace in the English Avenue neighborhood. MDR zoning permits medium-density residential development consistent with the Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan and is not expected to adversely affect nearby properties or public facilities. The Community Development/Human Services Committee reported the ordinance favorably, and Atlanta City Council adopted it on April 21, 2025.
