The ordinance amends the PD-MU conditions for the property at 2030 Bolton Road NW to clarify development and permissible uses under the existing Planned Development Mixed Use zoning. The site must be developed per the “Bolton Road Retail” site plan (05-O-1310) stamped June 14, 2005, with minor modifications allowed by the Director of the Office of Zoning and Development under Section 16-02.003(7). Approved uses are limited to offices and clinics, including veterinary services. All conflicting ordinances are waived to the extent of conflict, and severability is provided to ensure any invalid provision’s removal will not affect the remainder of the ordinance. The City Council’s amendment preserves the PD-MU zoning designation without expanding permitted uses or altering density. The ordinance was certified by the municipal clerk on April 21, 2025.
