This amendment allows development under Subarea 3 standards, enabling the future construction of six single-family homes and 32 multi-family rental units. The ordinance updates the official zoning maps to reflect the new SPI-3 SA3/WIZ designation for Land Lot 111 in the 14th District of Fulton County. No district regulation variances are authorized; any future variance applications must be reviewed by the Board of Zoning Adjustment. All conflicting ordinances or parts thereof were repealed, and conditional development remains subject to Attachment “C” conditions and Bureau of Buildings permit requirements.
