This ordinance authorizes the Mayor to execute the seventh amendment to CP-S-1210175, the ATLCloud Implementation and Post Implementation Support Services agreement with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, extending the contract on a month-to-month basis beginning September 7, 2025 for up to twelve months. It adds funding in an amount not to exceed $5,986,500 to continue cloud support and financial business transformation services while the City undertakes a new procurement process. The original agreement was executed in May 2020 for implementation of the SAP-based ATLCloud system and subsequently amended to add program integrity, forecasting, and rental assistance modules. The first and second renewals covered the periods through September 6, 2025 with respective funding authorizations. The amendment leverages Cooperative Purchase under GSA Contract GS-35F-0617Y and will be charged to fund 3503, department 100101, project number 10112687. Staff from the Department of Finance and the City Attorney’s Office will prepare and execute the amendment once approved. The term extension ensures uninterrupted support for finance operations and federal reporting requirements. No other aspects of the procurement or service scope are changed by this amendment.
