The Atlanta City Council granted a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a 120-unit hotel development at 1050 Howell Mill Road NW (also known as 1055 Brady Avenue NW). The 2.979-acre property, located in Land Lot 150, 17th District, Fulton County, will host a new hotel under Section 16-34.007(1)(j) of the city's Zoning Ordinance. The permit was approved following favorable recommendations from Zoning Review Board Staff, NPU, and ZRB. The Zoning Committee voted favorably as amended on March 24, 2025. The project includes an existing 9-story residential building and an existing 8-story residential tower with 1-story retail, and will feature an existing parking deck and dog park areas.
