An ordinance was adopted to approve a major site plan amendment to rezone property located at 3260 Katomarick Drive SE, 913 Hutchens Road, and 895 Hutchens Road SE, from PD-H (Planned Development Housing) to PD-H (Planned Development Housing). The 23.4-acre site in Land Lots 3 and 30 of the 14th District, Fulton County, Georgia, will allow for the development of 113 townhome units in four-unit multifamily structures (quadplexes). The proposed development is not considered affordable housing as the sales prices are above the HUD rent limits for 2024. The Staff, NPU, and ZRB all recommended conditional approval for this rezoning.
