An ordinance was adopted to approve a major site plan amendment to rezone property located at 3260 Katomarick Drive SE, 913 Hutchens Road, and 895 Hutchens Road SE, from PD-H (Planned Development Housing) to PD-H (Planned Development Housing). The 23.4-acre site in Land Lots 3 and 30 of the 14th District, Fulton County, Georgia, will allow for the development of 113 townhome units in four-unit multifamily structures (quadplexes). The proposed development is not considered affordable housing as the sales prices are above the HUD rent limits for 2024.
