An ordinance to rezone properties at 389 Lindsay Street NW, 385 Lindsay Street NW, and multiple Oliver Street NW addresses from SPI-3 SA1/BL/WIZ and SPI-3 SA2 to SPI-3 SA3 (English Avenue Special Public Interest District Subarea 3/Beltline Overlay/Westside Affordable Workforce Housing Overlay). This rezoning facilitates the development of the Proctor Village project, which will include both single-family and multi-family homes.
