On June 2, 2025, the City Council of Atlanta adopted an amended ordinance granting a Special Use Permit for a community center at 122 Cleveland Avenue SW. The permit was granted to Breonna Stills for a community center operated by Beautiful Hearts. The decision was unanimous (14-0). The property is 1.047 acres. The Special Use Permit is valid for 3 years from the date of City Council adoption, is not transferable, and limits the community center to serving no more than 25 registered clients daily. The permit remains valid as long as Beautiful Hearts operates the center.
