The property is approximately 0.5 acres (21,768 square feet). The permit was granted to Parker Smith. The Zoning Committee recommended approval with conditions on May 28, 2025, which were adopted by the City Council with a 14-0 vote. Conditions for the SUP include that it is valid as long as The Guitar Shed ATL is the owner/occupant, it is not transferable, and any sound emanating from the structure must comply with Chapter 74. The site plan shows an existing building footprint, repair of sidewalk connection, installation of an ADA ramp, and 20 existing parking spaces.
