The permit is granted to Raceway Atlanta LLC for the property located at 1115 Howell Mill Road, NW, which fronts 350.67 feet on Howell Mill Road, NW and 416.49 feet on 14th Street, NW. The site area is 3.5665 acres. The special use permit is non-transferable and includes conditions regarding amplified sound, prohibiting it after 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday and after 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
