The City of Atlanta has passed an ordinance to rezone the property located at 126 Hilliard Street, SE, 89 William H. Borders Drive, and 380 Decatur Street, SE, from High Density Residential (HDR) and Low Density Commercial (LDC) to Mixed-Use High Density (MUHD).
