The New York City Council has approved an application by Bermuda Realty No. 2 LLC to amend the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York. This amendment to Appendix F establishes a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH) area at 1720 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, Community District 8. The application was approved with modifications by the City Council on November 25, 2025, following earlier approvals by the Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises and the Committee on Land Use, and has been referred to the City Planning Commission for further action.
