The New York City Council has approved an application from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to designate the property at 150-20 108 Avenue in Queens as an Urban Development Action Area (UDAA). The approval also greenlights an Urban Development Action Area Project for the site. This action facilitates the disposition of the city-owned lot, identified as Block 10141, Lot 87, to the Praise Tabernacle for development. The decision followed a public hearing and committee approvals.
