The Metropolitan Council approved an ordinance to rezone 9.37 acres at 2334 Hobson Pike from Agricultural/Residential (AR2A) to a Specific Plan (SP) district. The rezoning permits the development of a 105-unit multi-family residential project, known as Greenside SP. The plan includes conditions for development, such as providing sidewalk connections, complying with architectural standards, and meeting requirements from the Fire Marshal and other Metro agencies. The approved plan limits uses to the 105 residential units and explicitly prohibits any short-term rental properties (STRP). The development will consist of townhome-style units with a maximum height of 3 stories (40 feet) and will provide 253 parking spaces.
