The Metropolitan Government of Nashville is accepting the donation of a 3.51-acre conservation easement from the Riverwalk at Mill Creek Homes Association, Inc., at 700 B Mill Creek Meadow Drive. This easement will conserve open space and provide for the future expansion of the Mill Creek Greenway. The dedication of the easement was a condition tied to the Metro Council's prior approval of a PUD amendment for a new residential development (2003P-007-002). The Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation officially accepted the easement donation at its meeting on September 2, 2025. The Planning Commission also recommended approval of the ordinance, which formalizes the acceptance of the property interest.
