The Nashville Metropolitan Council approved the seventh amendment to a grant contract with Affordable Housing Resources, Inc., for an affordable housing project. The original grant of $410,000 from the Barnes Fund for Affordable Housing was approved in 2017. This latest amendment extends the grant term for an additional 12 months, bringing the total term to 108 months from the initial execution. It also increases the number of proposed affordable housing units at 141 Elmhurst Avenue from one to two. No additional funds were allocated with this amendment.
