The Metropolitan Council has approved an ordinance to rezone 9.37 acres located at 2334 Hobson Pike and an adjacent unnumbered parcel. The zoning will change from Agricultural/Residential (AR2A) to Specific Plan (SP) to permit the development of 105 multi-family residential units. The request was submitted by Dale & Associates on behalf of the property owner, Soliman Hanna LLC. The approval is subject to several conditions, including the provision of sidewalk connections, compliance with architectural standards, and meeting all requirements of Metro reviewing agencies. Short-term rentals (STRPs) will be prohibited within the development.
