The Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County approved an ordinance to rezone a 1.72-acre property located at 510 Neelys Bend Road. The zoning for the property was changed from Single-Family Residential (RS10) to Residential (R10). The request was made by applicant Chi Chi DeAngelis on behalf of the property owner, Deangelis Marino Tennessee Community Property Trust. The final action on the bill was passed on November 18, 2025.
