The Metropolitan Council is considering an ordinance to accept public infrastructure for the Madison Trinity project, located at 325 West Trinity Lane (also known as 901 Haggard Street). The acceptance includes approximately 1,295 linear feet of new 8-inch water main, 1,188 total linear feet of new 8-inch sanitary sewer mains, one fire hydrant assembly, and nine sanitary sewer manholes. This infrastructure is necessary for the development of the property (Parcel ID 071060A90000CO). The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the mandatory referral for this acceptance on September 15, 2025. This ordinance and project plan is an amendment to a previously approved version (BL2024-265) which was abandoned due to changes in the project's scope. The item is scheduled for its third reading before the council on December 4, 2025.
