The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved an ordinance for the property at 40 White Bridge Pike, also known as Novel Richland Creek. The ordinance authorizes the abandonment of approximately 343 linear feet of an existing 8-inch water main, 21 feet of an 8-inch sewer main, one fire hydrant, and one sewer manhole. In their place, the city will accept approximately 647 linear feet of a new 8-inch water main, a new fire hydrant, a new sewer manhole, and associated easements to facilitate the new development.
