The Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County authorized the acceptance of new public sanitary sewer infrastructure for two properties located at 1300 and 1310 Donelson Pike. The acceptance includes approximately 759 linear feet of new eight-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, three sanitary sewer manholes, and associated easements. This infrastructure is for a development known as the Runway Logistics Outparcel. The Metropolitan Planning Commission had previously approved the mandatory referral for this acceptance on September 29, 2025. The ordinance has no fiscal cost to the metropolitan government.
