The Metropolitan Council approved a resolution to accept approximately 443 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main. This extension is intended to serve three properties located at 4056, 4062, and 4080 Brick Church Pike. The project, known as the Brick Church Pike Sewer Extension (MWS Project No. 25-SL-149), was recommended for approval by the Metropolitan Planning Commission on October 21, 2025. The council's final approval allows the Metro Department of Water and Sewerage Services to officially incorporate the new sewer line into its public infrastructure.
