The Gulch Central Hillsboro Village Urban Design Overlay (UDO) amendment will allow a significant mixed-use development at 1205 Hawkins Street and 1206 Pine Street. The project includes up to 2,000,000 square feet of total development, 2,000 residential units, 200 hotel keys, and 100,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. This amendment will facilitate the creation of a dense, walkable urban environment, integrating residential, hospitality, and commercial uses within the existing Downtown Core (DTC) zoning.
