The proposed plan includes up to 260 residential units and 4,000 square feet of commercial space. Conditions of approval include limiting residential units to 260, commercial space to 4,000 square feet, and a minimum of 10% affordable housing units. The final site plan is subject to Planning Department review and approval. The commission voted 8-0 in favor of the recommendation on October 20, 2024.
